Rock Island

Okay so let me start with I forgot few things for this camping trip. Three most important things I forgot was butter, tin foil and my camera. Ahhhh. If you have read back in my blog my camera is turning into my Eleanor. (have you ever seen gone in 60 Seconds, the movie.) Any way so no camera. We went with Cindy and Marv camping, Michael's parents and I KNOW Cindy will have her camera. Camera battery dies with in 5 mins of being there. SO ALL the pictures from our trip are off of my cell phone or Michaels. So I apologize now if they hurt your eyes because some are kind of blurry to say the least.

This a picture of an area we had to HIKE too. Scale rocks and everything. With Ashley in the baby back pack and Chloe being carried all by Michael. Not to mention a geriatric dog, that had to be carried by Marvin often too. This was a strong current area but Emily and Michael swam across. Emily had a life jacket on but she did really, really well. Let me say Emily did really well the whole trip hiking and swimming. Marvin also swam across this area. I will say is I would like to get him a life jacket for CHRISTmas. Even a dog jumped in the water. This area was called the "ice hole" it lived up to its name I did not get in the dog did.

Here is another spot we went too. Well Michael, Emily and I did. It was called the blue hole and there were two baby snakes there. Yikes. I don't do snakes.
This is how Michael looked a lot of the trip. Hiking around plus holding his fishing bag and pole. He was a super dad.
