So I was pretty impressed by the camera on my phone. It took some pretty good shots.
Here is Ashley were Emily, Michael and Marvin swam across. Ashley is not afraid of much but she does not like the water much. She would not go in. It was hard to even convince her to stick her feet in. But I did find a cute Tinkerbell life jacket on sale for her.
Chloe and Cindy enjoying the sun at the rocks when they were swimming I posted on Facebook the other day about Chloe and Honey Flavor twist Fritos, here is an example.
Michael fishing, this is Michael's one hobby he has these days that do not involve me or the kids. The girls enjoy watching him fish and playing with the worms. Michael has always loved to fish.
Emily next to a pile of wood. Emily loves being in pictures. See the brown bottles? Michael and Emily took those from a trail called Moonshine. Maybe someone use to make moonshine here but the bottles said purex and I am wondering if they are for ambiance and nothing else?
Another panoramic of the campsite. The hard thing in TN is everyone uses trailers, pop-ups or motor homes. It is hard to find a site that has a large flat area for a tent. At night we could here the coyotes howling, and the cows moooing we are still in TN.
Overall it was a great trip. The girls got quality time with Michael and I and Grandma and Grandpa. Much needed on both parts. Ashley did not want to leave rock Island and is still asking to go camping again. We may try again, before it gets too cold. Camping makes for CHEAP fun adventures.
