So today Michael and I with some friends went paint balling another thing to add, since I turned 30. It was a lot of fun, we will have to try it again. Closer to home.

Also I switched Killer to senior food. It is for dogs over 7. Killer is 8 now. Maybe this will help with his weight loss. Although I think he is doing really well. I will have to weigh him soon.
