My hand

Has anyone had this happen? Look at my hand. It is discolored it is kind of strange. It has been like this for over three weeks. I have not brushed it, it is not getting worse. Am I fading?? Am I loosing my brown? Haha. Are these my old people spots? Now that I am 30!
