The build up!

I just painted the girls nails for Chloe's party. Red with white polka dots. For Minnie Mouse!!

Chloe is ready to turn two. She saw her presents wraped this morning and was so excited. She knows they are for her. If you ask her who the presents are for she points at herself. The picture of Chloe with her fingers up is her trying to show she will be two. We are still working on holding them up, correctly.

Disneyland (at last the end)

So we stayed from 8 am, tell almost 10 pm. The girls fell asleep in the stroller on top of each other. Michael carried Chloe. Best time of the night to ride, rides when Fantasmic is happening and people are lined up waiting. Our last ride was pirates again, it must not be that scary because Ashley fell asleep during the ride. We were all tired at the end of the night. We walked to our bus stop to get to our hotel and watched the fireworks show.

All in all it was a good day with lots of fun! I can't wait for Disney World!

The scariest ride we did as a family was the bus ride back to the hotel. That lady was CRAZY!

Disneyland (almost the end)

Best part for the girls the parade. Lots of princesses. Two of Chloe's favorite!
Chloe did this a lot towards the end of the day I think she was tired.
Lots of good eating done! I think I ate two churro's, popcorn and cotton candy.
Princess story time!
Chloe and a churro!

Dineyland ( and the BRAVE girl)

So Emily wanted to ride a "big kid" ride. So Emily and Michael went off to ride Splash Mountain. By the way she did not like it.

But Shy, Carl, me and the little kids got on lots of rides. We did the Merry-go-round last... Shy and Carl were laughing at me deal with Ashley, ride with Chloe and try to call Michael to see their status on the Splash Mountain ride. I look back over at Ashley and blood is coming down out of her mouth, she is doing that silent cry. I am wearing a white shirt.

Chloe does not like people she does not know, and often does not like people she does know. So Shy tries to take Chloe so I can grab Ashley as the ride comes to a stop. Chloe is crying Ashley is oozing blood out of her lip. I finally had to take Chloe back and Shy carried Ashley. Because Ashley is a big girl. She handled her bloody lip very well. I got Ashley a Popsicle and after about 10 minutes she was as good as new.

Best I can figure from what Ashley told me and the evidence I saw. She was having a good time and must of looked down as the pole was coming up and a screw on the pole came up and she bumbed her lip on the screw with her tooth. Ashley was very brave and tough.

Some High Lights of Disneyland

Tea cups, Dumbo, Autopia, just to name and picture a few. Running for yellow just to keep Emily happy.

Disneyland (funniest and cutest part.)

So no I will not map out the whole day and every ride. Just the first three plus the tree house as prior discussed. Hello this was the girls first trip to Disneyland.

So we did the Jungle Cruise. It was lots of cheesy fun as usual. But they added something new, I wish I got a picture of it, but how was I to know what would come out of Emily's mouth moments later.

We watch a lot of River Monsters. I am sure everyone has seen at least one episode. Well we watch a lot, Michael likes it the girls will kind of watch it. I like it too. Well Emily knows what Parana's are so they added Parana's to the ride. They fly kinda out of the water at the end of the ride.

Well Emily said " I can't believe I got to see real live Parana!" High light of her day?! Not the hippos, elephants, the skulls, mechanical fish. It was funny and cute, no one bursted her bubble either. No pictures of Parana or Emily or Ashley. Sorry. I must have been enjoying the ride too.

Disneyland (best part, cont.)

So another best part of our Disney day...

My best friend from high school, Shy and her husband Carl, and their son Aiden met us at Disneyland. This was Aiden's first trip to Disneyland too. Aiden is two months younger then Chloe. Chloe was not impressed with him until he was asleep. I am so happy that they got to come with us...
Here we are with the kids after pirates, haunted house, at Tarzan Tree house witch use to be the Swiss Family Robinson tree house (I know who??). It was still cool and neat. Still lots of fun for the kids to climb. Except princess Chloe who has to be carried.

Carl and Aiden.

My crazy kids and me!
Aiden walking up the stairs look Chloe!?
Their family, how sweet.
And again. I don't know if Shy reads my blog, but thanks for coming girl, we had fun!
